Since I have been in my unit 16 years now, our units have had a number of Body Corporate Managers. Capitol are by far the most professional, knowledgable and informant managers. They have a proactive approach by holding regular information sessions. Our Manager for Juanita Court is fantastic and makes it easy for us to communicate via email amongst the committee/owners. I’m especially impressed that the committee receive monthly income & expenses reports. Thanks so much.
