If major car manufacturers can be believed, everyone will be driving electric vehicles in the foreseeable future. While it may be hard to fathom in today’s climate, in the not too distant future, car manufacturers say their model lines will consist entirely of electric vehicles. If this is the case, this increased use of electric vehicles will create potential issues in community titles schemes.
Mark Mellick from Active Law has written an interesting article which outlines some of the problems which might be caused by an influx of electric vehicles on communities, and also what solutions might be viable in these circumstances. It may seem like a problem that’s far in the future but this issue might be closer than you think, and this article provides some interesting food for thought.
