Many of you may be considering the thought of a furry companion for your household, but have you considered the approval process that may accompany this? As a general rule, you will most likely need to apply to the committee with a pet approval request, unless your body corporate already has by-laws permitting pets. If you’d like to apply for a pet, you can fill in the online form which Capitol then sends to your committee for their consideration.

Don’t leave your summer time approvals until the last minute. Capitol has a shutdown period over Christmas and New Year so we’d hate for you to miss out on having your request considered by your committee… beat the rush and submit your application now!
Make sure you get your approval to us before Friday 7 December 2018 to enable us to obtain the necessary approvals (we allow for a 14 day turnaround to send to committee and return to you with the outcome). You can see all of our online forms here.
