David brings over 10 years of insurance experience to Capitol, covering all facets of claims and body corporate insurance. He has worked extensively with policy providers and has previously worked in for body corporate management firms. David has also been involved with insurance policy restructuring, reviews and wording upgrades, and has a solid understanding of the covers and insurance principles. Capitol is happy to have David on board, he brings a positive attitude and good sense of humour.

Melissa has spent the last 10 years of her career focusing on Human Resources and assisting Executives in an operational capacity. Melissa has been with Capitol since 2015 and currently as the People and Culture Leader she is working directly with Ian, the Managing Director and Board of Directors to provide business focused, strategic and operational HR advice for the business and she delivers on the overall Capitol business strategy. Kristina joined Capitol in 2013 and has over 15 years’ experience as a marketing professional. She has worked across various industries including aerospace, road infrastructure, sporting magazines and the music industry. Kristina is responsible for the development and delivery of Capitol’s marketing strategy. She reports directly to the Managing Director and the Board of Directors.
