The StrataMax system is designed to provide owners with interactive information to enable informed and increased communication between owners and the body corporate manager. It is an online secure system which allows owners to view and print information about their body corporate 24 hours a day, seven days a week, anywhere in the world. Best of all the information on StrataMax is available to owners at no charge.

What information can property owners access via StrataMax?

By-laws, Plans and CMS,
Building Reports (inc. insurance valuations, safety audit report and sinking fund forecasts),

How do I access StrataMax?

Select the StrataMax icon above to access the website, at which time you will be prompted to enter your user ID and password which is supplied in the Capitol welcome pack.
If you have misplaced your login, please email team@capitolbca.com.au and include your name, the body corporate name and lot number and Capitol will reset your password.
