Principal and founder of Capitol Body Corporate Administration. Josephine has a background in both legal and business administration areas. For a number of years she was the financial controller for her family business in the home unit building and construction industry. The experience she gained in dealing with contractors and tradesmen comes to the fore in her role as a Community Relationship Manager.

Ian D’Arcy is a Principal of Capitol Body Corporate Administration. Ian practised as a solicitor for many years in the areas of property law and business advisory work. He also developed a good deal of experience in body corporate law. In 1998 Ian joined Capitol as a Community Relationship Manager.

Ashley has worked at Capitol since 2000, and became a Principal of Capitol Body Corporate Administration in October 2007. For much of this time she worked in the accounts section assisting Josephine and Ian with body corporate management and now looks after a large portfolio and oversees and liaises with committee members on budgets, meetings and the day-to-day running of bodies corporate.
