Capitol Body Corporate Administration was established in early 1995. Although Brisbane based, the firm now manages Community Titles Schemes as far afield as Ipswich, the Gold Coast and the Sunshine Coast.

Capitol Body Corporate Administration is a full time member of the Community Titles Institute of Queensland. As a member of that Institute we observe the code of professional conduct which requires members to be bound by a stringent code of ethics regarding confidentiality, professional excellence and conduct. It is also a requirement of the Institute that members hold appropriate professional indemnity insurance cover in place as an added safeguard for bodies corporate.

The founders of Capitol Body Corporate Administration have many years of experience in the law, construction and development, account keeping and business administration arenas, especially in Queensland. As a result, we possess a full understanding of the various elements of business that go into the day to day running of a body corporate.

Because of our experience, we are able to offer not only effective management but also advice on all body corporate issues which often means that potential areas of conflict are dealt with before the conflict gets out of hand.
