The appointment of a body corporate manager is a matter that needs to be dealt with at a Annual General Meeting of your body corporate. If your committee decides that we are the preferred candidate or one of a number of preferred candidates to be put up to a general meeting of the body corporate, then appropriate motions need to be included in the agenda for the meeting.

As part of the appointment process, a copy of our management agreement needs to be distributed to all owners along with the other papers and documents for that general meeting. Again, if you wish to proceed with our appointment then a copy of our management agreement can be provided upon request.
